There is not a “non-invasive” way to deal with that. Some of that skin needs to be removed. It gets tricky with the piercing there as well…I’d start with a consultation, but it might be easiest to leave it alone.

Hello! So there is a lot to unpack here. First, yes the areola can be made smaller. Next, what type of asymmetry? Areola positional asymmetry can be improved. As far as volume asymmetry, one can either make the smaller breast larger, or, more commonly, one can make the larger breast smaller. So all that is basically in the breast lift/breast reduction universe.

It sounds like they have bottomed out and/or lateralized. To fix that it requires sewing off the pocket internally. The scars can usually also be revised and improved.

We always do some lipo in that area with a tummy tuck. I don’t flip but just do what we can with the patient supine. You don’t have a lot but it is reasonable to do some suction there.

Sure! Smaller areola and better shape–those are attainable with a lift! If you like the “lift” you simulate in the last photo, you would probably like a lift! the only reason to get an implant is if you ALSO wanted more volume, which it sounds like you do not.

Just go in with your eyes open—nonsurgical modalities yield nonsurgical results. So you might get some minimal improvement, but it is not going to make miracles happen. If you are OK with spending that amount of money for minimal results, then go for it! But if you want surgical results, then save your money for surgery!

I try to match the width of the implant to the width of the woman. Beyond that it is her choice for low, medium, or high profile.

Curious, why the SSF? They are lots more expensive and feel the exact same as the SRF…(close your eyes and have one of each put in separate hands and see if you can tell them apart)

While pictures do not always tell the whole story, they do look lateralized. I agree it seems like to start you might close off the pocket laterally and inferiorly.

If you are not using your arms it should be fine. BUT, you can really only accomplish a little with fat transfer. Be careful when you look into this! Good Luck!

Yeah I don’t know that a lift is mandatory in you. It is hard to tell the IMF position from a photo, but I think you might be able to get by without a lift.

Its hard to tell from one photo, but you could probably do no lift, or do some lift. Personally I only rarely do a circumareolar lift, because it doesn’t do much dn the scar is usually not that great. Think about sewing a small circle to a big circle…the scar suffers. If you need a real lift the scar quality is usually much better.
