The discoloration could be caused by resolving bruising (as you mentioned some bleeding). Tocurious66, sorry to hear of your issue. The implants you have in place are “old” so to speak. Allergan purchased Mcghan as a company and honors their warranties but most don’t extend beyond 10 years. Plastic surgery offices are accustomed to and happy to help attempt warranty claims though.

Thank you for your question and sorry to hear that you are worried so early in the process. At 20 hours it is unlikely that something permanent has occurred. Occasionally a bandage will slip and impress a “dent” or for some reason swelling in the surrounding tissue creates that appearance. Once swelling resolves expect to see improvement if not reversal. At this point just follow your surgeons instructions and recover.

Thank you for your question and sorry to hear of your concerns. You appear in the photo to be very early post-op. Swelling is often asymmetric in the early stages and settles out over about 4-6 weeks, so no need to worry at this point. The contraction feelings are likely pectoral muscle spasms that can happen early. Often ice packs or oral medications can be prescribed to minimize them. Best of luck.

With a breast augmentation we are limited by your breast anatomy and so with placement of an implant you effectively get a “bigger version of yourself”. Going slightly larger and making sure your surgeon understands your goal you should be able to achieve a similar result as your example photo. Keep in mind that you will have a nice result barring any issues based on your natural anatomy.

Swelling is normal after any surgery and particularly with thigh liposuction. If you are concerned with whether or not it is an abnormal degree of swelling, or have other symptoms such as redness, fevers, drainage you should notify your surgeon.
