It's very difficult to answer with out examining you but given the information you have provided, it sounds like your skin has already been thinned out and lost support. You may need a biologic sling to help provide more support however this will add additional cost to your procedure. Increasing the size of your implant will likely stretch and thin your skin out even more, thus making the implant even more visible or palpable.
