Hello and thank you for your question. The downtime required for a breast augmentation is about one week. After one week, you should be able to return to work and usual daily activities with limitations. These limitations include exercise and work out regimens and lifting and moving objects or children over 10 lbs. I recommend and urge you to research breast augmentation with implants placed BEHIND the muscle. Be sure to scheudle a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon!

Hello, unfortunately there is nothing you can do to make your breasts grow naturally. No supplements, creams or pills exists to increase breast size. The only way to increase breast size is with breast augmentation. There are a variety of implant shapes and sizes that can achieve a very natural look.

Hello, generally multiple procedures can be combined, but, in this case I do not recommend having all three of these procedures at the same time. I recommend proceeding with the tummy tuck, hernia repair and breast reduction first. I recommend the butt lift once you have healed and your plastic surgeon feels it is safe to move forward with the second surgery.
