History:
This patient was treated with a CO2 laser many years ago by a different provider and developed Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation (PIH). She recently had a baby and during pregnancy her PIH worsened.
We used a combination of Halo at 450/40 1470/2940 at 20% followed by Amniotic membrane applied after and a silicon peptide infused mask for 30 minutes after. Her after care was using a new post laser balm by Keracell MD, a stem cell infused Recuperate MD serum, and zinc oxide sunscreen as well as sun precautions.
This was her first Halo treatment and her hyperpigmentation has significantly reduced, which was noticeable by 4 weeks and has continued to improve by this photo at 6 weeks.
She will likely benefit from 1-2 more to eliminate or significantly reduce her hyperpigmentation.
