Making it very spiky pointy would look false for your facial proportions. Looks good and natural. We recommend wait 1 year more before thinking in revision surgery.

After the year the skin remains adapted and will be attached to the cartilage without inflammation and will be your final result. a lot of patience is required in patients with thick skin because in patients with thick skin this adaptation can take twice as long.

The pollybeak will not come off on its own. Surgeon will need to remove the dorsum of the supratip a bit and give more support and definition to the nasal tip.

You can go to the pool and water slides but it’s important avoid hits or falls directly in the nose. You may do normal shower and normal swimming pool after 3 months post op. Greetings.

We need to rule out the presence of synechiae (scars inside the nose) or that the deviation of the septum would re-form. another possibility that has to be ruled out in the ct scan is the presence of sinusitis or some allergic inflammatory component
