He had a deviated and humped nose but the real issue was to correct the deformity without compromising the strength of nose so that he can continue boxing. This was achieved with modifications in the technique in which deviation and hump was corrected mainly by rasping the thick bones and avoiding osteotomies (fracturing the bones). Strong spreader grafts were placed bilaterally. He has got a nice looking straight nose that is stronger than before. (Sep 4, 2015)
