How to get a more masculine supraorbital eye area?
More Masculine brow/ supraorbital appearance
Feb 22, 2019
I would recommend non-invasive options first. Neuromuscular blockade in the frontalis - Botox, Xeomin, Dysport... - would relax the frontalis muscle fibers and allow the brows to descend to their lowest possible position. Your brow hairs/ cilia are fair - so if you could go just a bit darker with some OTC tint ("Just-for-Men") - to make them appear heavier and bushier. Don't go too dark or you might find yourself looking like Groucho Marx. Injection of fillers below the brow/ in the e...

Swelling after lower blepharoplasty - way to early to worry!
Feb 21, 2019
It is not unusual to have swelling at 2 weeks. There are many factors that contribute to post-operative swelling - even if you have none of these factors, you would have some swelling. See your surgeon for follow up so that he/she can track your progress. In the meantime, keep your head elevated, avoid high salt intake, keep medical problems under control, minimize aerobics - but exercise with your head up. Best wishes.

Your photograph is blurry and does not show enough of the eyelid to answer your questions adequately. I would recommend that you see your surgeon and ask about your options. Best wishes.
Different Eye Size After Blepharoplasty - Advise?
Now is not a good time to assess the symmetry
Feb 21, 2019
10 days post-op is too soon to get out the ruler. Swelling below the skin and deeper in the eyelid layers can cause asymmetry of the eyelid margins, contours, creases, and folds. You will notice improvement in symmetry over the next few weeks to months. Followup with your surgeon is important so that he/she can track your progress. Best wishes.
I still have swelling at almost 6 weeks post-op. When should I begin to worry?
Don't worry yet!
Feb 21, 2019
Swelling after lower blepharoplasty can persist for a variety of reasons. You are quite normal. The texture of the lower lids can be irregular and a little bit firm (bumps included) for up to 4-6 months. Your surgeon will be able to track your progress on examination at follow up visits. Warm compresses, lubrication at night on the skin and eye drops if needed, and tincture of time will help. Massage gently if you and your surgeon decide to include this. Over-massage can lead to skin...
I had upper blepharoplasty 2 1/2 weeks ago. How long will it take for the bumps on the incision
Bumps along incision line after blepharoplasty

Too soon to revise!! Give this at least 4 months to resolve. During that time continue to lubricate with your eye ointment. Gentle warm compresses will also help. Avoid massage as this can disrupt the delicate eyelid anatomy. You should notice weekly improvement. Keep your followup appointments with your surgeon so that he/ she can check your progress and remove any retained absorbable suture material. If suture tracks develop, they can be resolved quickly in the office. Best wishes.

Lateral brow lift with more lift on the lower brow would give you the results you are looking for. Be sure that you surgeon can offer a long-lasting result with his/ her technique. Endoscopic lifts do not always last, whereas tissue is removed with a direct brow lift and the results are based on permanent removal of tissue. There are pros and cons for all techniques. Best wishes.
