Epicanthal fold

Your left eye has what is called an epicanthal fold. This is a fold of skin near the middle part of your eyelid next to your nose. This is most common in people of Asian ancestry. If it is bothering you, this can typically be treated surgically with a “Z-plasty” to move the skin relieve the tension causing the fold.
