It is difficult to say from a single photograph what the cause is of bulging eyes? This can be a congenital issue with the structure of your underlying bony orbit but could represent Grave’s disease or thyroid eye disease. You should have your thyroid levels tested. In addition, you should seek a consultation with an Oculoplastic & Orbital surgeon. A CT scan may be indicated and it might be helpful to review a series of old photographs.
