Excessive scarring can cause retraction as well. Massage and 5 fu injections may help. Lower eyelid lift in one eye can be another possibility as transconjunctival blepharoplasty may cause lower eyelid retractors release and lower eyelid lift.

As you had surgery one month ago, 5-fu or filler injections and massage seems the best way. After 3-6 months you should consider revision surgeries.Hope it helps.

Another option for small chalasions is injection steroid and 5-fu. You can ask to your doctor if they provides 5-fu and steroid.
