Eyelid Puckering After Upper Bleph. Any suggestions?
If redundant skin, not a hard fix.
Oct 30, 2015
If this is simply redundant skin, additional excision should help. If this is more of an anatomic lid fold, changing could be more complicated. Happy to take a look at it.
Partial incision eyelid surgery recovery time?
Mostly gone in two weeks
Aug 10, 2015
You’ll get through 80-85% of your healing in the first two weeks. The remaining can take a couple more weeks. The sutures fall out on their own in roughly three weeks.

For upper and lower blepharoplasty surgery, is it best to have an Oculoplastic Surgeon
Ask about eyelid muscles
Jul 25, 2015
The most important question is whether the surgeon you choose can do your surgery without cutting through the orbicularis muscles in the lower eyelid. If that muscle is cut or partially removed, your risk of compromising eyelid closure are higher now and in the future. You should also inquire whether they will preserve as much of the same muscle in the upper eyelid as well.

Botox/fast transfer
Jul 6, 2015
The fine wrinkles you create in the lower lid when you grin can be improved with botox. Your lower eyelid and upper cheek hollowness would respond well to fat transfer from your eyelids.
What is wrong with my right eye?
Brow asymmetry
Jul 4, 2015
Your right brow is lower than the left which can potentially be addressed surgically or with botox. This can mimic or coexist with ptosis. Also your right brow might be overacting in an effort to compensate for a left eyelid ptosis. An exam with an oculoplastic surgeon when your forehead is relaxed will help differentiate all the factors affecting your right eyelid appearance.
