What’s included with the mommy makeover?

A mommy makeover usually refers to correction of the breasts and abdomen. Depending on the patient, different combinations of procedures will be needed. Typically for the breasts, this could be a lift, implants, or a lift with implants and for the abdomen, it could be lipo, a mini TT, a full TT or a combination of these.

In the best case scenario, a breast augmentation alone will just give you bigger saggy breasts. This is not what you are saying your goal is. A breast lift will drastically improve the shape of your breasts but may fall short on the “upper pole fullness” you are after. It really looks like you have plenty of breast tissue.

Although adding an implant at the same time as the lift is tempting to add volume to the upper pole, this will make your breasts larger, which over time will cause further sagging. This discussion needs to be had in person at the time of your consultation. Be sure to express your goals clearly. This will increase your chances of a good outcome.
