Unfortunately, someone boarded by the ABCS is generally an ear nose and throat surgeon not a plastic and reconstructive surgeon. Training for plastics is very specific and only surgeons with specific training in plastic and reconstructive surgery are boarded by the American Board of Plastic Surgeons.
