While it is true that large volume (over 5 L) of liposuction does have higher rate of complications I doubt based on just your pics that that would be a concern to you. In doing a tummy tuck I like to lipo the sides to improve contour and shape.

However if you feel that you vehemently dont want this then discuss this with your plastic surgeon. In this case you could definitely not have lipo and still have a potentially great result.

It sounds like you have done all that you can do, and it looks like you are in good shape. I think you are ready for a consultation and discuss your goals with a plastic surgeon. I don’t think additional weight loss is necessary.
