Asymmetric eyelid position

From the photo, it looks like you might have ptosis of the left upper eyelid, and possibly also globe dystopia (left eyeball slightly lower than right eyeball). There are options for you, and an in-person evaluation would be really important.

Lower eyelid fat pad repositioning

Hello. The lower eyelid fat pads can be repositioned or debulked (or both) to correct a complication from prior surgery. This needs to be weighed against the risk of complications. An in-person evaluation would be essential.
Is it possible to get a orbital decompression procedure that focuses on expanding the bottom of my
Asymmetric orbits

Hello. It appears that you have asymmetric orbits. Without a facial photo, it’s hard for me to truly assess, but you may actually have a hypoplastic sinus on the right. Orbital decompression can be used to move the globe, but it can cause complications including strabismus. It’s something that should be discussed thoroughly during an in-person evaluation.
Should I do tear trough filler or lower blepharoplasty?
Lower eyelid bags

Hello. Your lower eyelid fat pads herniate, which is made more obvious by having prominent eyes. A filler can only cause more problems. You might benefit from a combination of eyelid fat debulking and repositioning, +/- midface lift to smoothen the eyelid/cheek transition.
Droopy lower eyelid. What is the way forward for me?
Lower eyelid retraction

From your description and photo, it appears that you have mild lower eyelid retraction. There are many causes for that, including congenital. The lower eyelids can be elevated, but it will make your eyes “smaller” by definition. This is really something that needs to be discussed during an in-person evaluation. It’s non-trivial.
