Voluma is a wonderful product, but given the size of the molecule it should not be used directly in the tear troughs. Swelling to the tear troughs can be significant and can resolve with time as well as lumps, but again given the filler that was used and the way you are feeling its best to follow up with the provider that injected you as soon as possible.
