After a SeptoRhinoplasty with Turbinate size reduction the airway should return back to normal,even more after 2-3 weeks. It depends where you live of course and the volume of dust exposure the nasal crust can build up and you need to visit your ENT doctor for cleaning.
Since you are 11 months after your surgery and the nose is still not better ,I would advise you to see your doctor again or get a second opinion.

The ENT surgeon should treat the symptoms and not the CT image.
Since you have a nasal blockage sensation and the nasal steroid trial has not given you any relief ,turbinoplasty is indicated. The main question here is whether you lost your smell sensation before or only after the surgery?
If you lost it before and despite the maximal conservative treatment plus the surgery, your smell has not returned till now ,it`s unlikely you will get it back.
If the smell has gone after the surgery I would suggest you to take a course of oral steroids , increase the nasal irrigation and apply a nasal steroid. If it still does`t help do…

Dear ,I`ll be as clear as possible . After a septoturbinaoplasty and adenoid removal if you have had sleep apnoea you still need to have your sleep study done. Silent apnoea could still be present which more often is far worst than the normal one, because you are not even aware of it. Please see your sleep specialist as soon as possible.

It`s too early to say you have ENS. I would suggest you to use only nasal saline twice daily and add some nasal steroid.
It has been shown that antihistamines can improve the nasal airway sensation.

The main question here is the volume of the bleeding.
If it is only a small amount and mostly dark blood when blowing your nose, then yes,it is normal since the airway capacity has increased and it needs time to adjust.
In case it`s fresh blood coming out on a regular basis than you must have a check up at your doctor. He`ll tell you if any further treatment is needed – like angiogram, sphenoplaatine ligation ….
