Hello. You can be a good candidate for a preservation rhinoplasty. You can achieve a less projected nose, refined tip, straighter nose from the front view. What you are wishing is possible and achievable; make sure you search for an expert in this technique and you can then have a thorough examination of your nose structure. Moreover, a computer simulation can be done to show you what can be achieved ( simulation are only a guideline, not the final result).
