How many ml for my nasolabial folds?
Filler recommendations
Dec 6, 2020
I would recommend 0.5 ml of hyaluronic acid filler for each fold for a total of 1.0ml. This will help soften these areas without overfilling them.
Very obvious nasolabial folds and marionette lines at 29. Options?
hyaluronic acid filler vs SMAS grafting
Jul 29, 2020
Everyone tends to have at least some mild degree of asymmetry to the face thus the reason one fold may appear deeper than another. The first and easiest option would be subdermalinjection of hyaluronic acid filler to these areas. Another more long lasting option would be to graft some of your own collagen to these areas to act as a natural filler. This is usually harvested from a small incision behind the ear.
Will natural lip filler suit my face?
yes to lip filler
Jul 29, 2020
I think that a conservative amount of hyaluronic acid filler injected precisely and appropriately to uour upper and lower lips would look great. If done appropriately it would not produce an “off balance”look and merely enhance your natural appearance.
What causes the eye socket dimple on the right side? Is there a way to safely “fix” this?
Hyaluronic acid filler
Mar 31, 2020
I would recommend hyaluronic acid filler to this area to improve its volume. It is very safe and can be performed in the office setting.
Is CO2 laser or Erbium laser better for flat mole removal on my East Asian skin?
Erbium laser versus IPL therapy
Mar 28, 2020
Depending on the energy and fractionation pattern the risk of indentation is low. If the choice is between CO2 and Erbium, erbium is better for the above reasons. However, IPL( Intense pulsed light) therapy is also an excellent option for blemishes and small flat moles.
