In your case, I would advise doing the bbl first for several reasons:(1). You can maximize the amount of fat that can be obtained from abdomen,flanks,and thighs etc..(2).The pressure exerted on you buttocks after a tummy tuck may harm the newly transferred fat. (3) Postoperative activity will be much easier if you split up the procedures.That being said,most patients want only one recovery.

Your concerns are very common.Although photographs would help,  a customized plan for you might include a neck lift with some fat removal combined with a lower facelift since the face and and neck function in harmony with one another.I’m Glad you mentioned volume loss. We ALL lose facial fat with age which makes us appear “older”. We routinely use fat transfer with stem cells on nearly all of our facial rejuvenation patients.Best of luck to you:)

From your photo,it appears that your chin is a little recessive.This would improve quite nicely with a chin implant.Your profile would be more balanced and stronger.

The answer is yes you can. Most of the fat that is obtained for BBL comes from the flanks ,tummy,and thighs,From your photo, you should get a nice result. Tightening your tummy muscles during TT will also help:)

Your Plastic Surgeon knows best. Vigorous exercise too soon may cause bleeding,swelling and possibly lead to infection.We generally recommend waiting four weeks for strenuous exercise but you may work your way up after two weeks.Alar incisions usually heal well. Good luck:)

I should be quite simple to exchange your current implants for a larger size. Just be sure you aren’t having any other major problems with your breasts such as capsule contracture or significant imbalance in which case these issues would need to be addressed at the time. Good Luck:)

This sounds like the bones of the nose may not be touching after the surgery. This is commonly known as an “open roof deformity”. You should discuss this with you Plastic Surgeon. Sometimes a bony irregularity can be revised, usually at one year.

Hi! I’m so glad you asked that question.My athletic tiny flexible Yoga instructor wanted a little more fullness. We used very small  180 cc implants. She’s extremely happy, ,looks natural would do it again. We placed them submuscular and after healing and avoiding strenuous activity,she’s back to her previous workout routines:)

I’m happy you asked that question! Over the past four years,we have been doing stem- cell/micro fat grafting in the hollow upper eyelid periorbital area with significant improvement. The hollowness is softened and filled which creates a more youthful and attractive eye.This is exciting because until recently, we really didn’t  have reliable solution for this problem:)

Thank you for your photos. From your photo it appears you have some weakness in the right levator muscle. That’s the muscle that raises the eyelid.Your right eyelid is resting on the top of the pupil whereas the left upper eyelid is positioned about 2 millimeters above the pupil.This is quite common and can be repaired.With age, the muscle attachments start to loosen . The muscle needs tightening.
