In my opinion an extended tummy tuck will get you the best result. A fleur -de -lis will remove more skin from the central abdomen but the nasty scar is not worth it when you can get a great result with a horizontal scar and still be able to wear a bikini! If it is just in clothes that you care about you will get a tighter belly with the vertical scar but I don't think its worth it.

A donut lift is in my opinion one of the worst procedures ever invented. The scars are unsightly and often spread and the breast does not achieve a long lasting lift. You are better off with a vertical mastopexy.
How much fat is viable to used per liter with liposuction?

For every liter of fat that is suctioned with tumescent liposuction in my practice, only 800 cc is of a good enough quality for injection. Of that we know that only 80% will survive after a week or so inside the buttocks. The idea is to put as much viable fat as possible with a little extra for the anticipated loss. Different surgeons will treat the fat in different ways and get different volumes- Ask you surgeon what they do to that fat and why.
Should I do drainless TT or utilize a provider that always uses drains?

There is nothing wrong with using drains with a tummy tuck- it's just that a drain-less tummy tuck is in my opinion better! Less trouble , less pain, quicker showering, less risk of seroma formation, and a better scar as the tension of the wound is spread over a larger surface than just the incision. Used drains for 15 years- Drain-less for 15 and never going back! No difference with the breast surgery.

I think you could benefit from a lower faceift ( mini lift) and lower eyelid surgery) . That would improve your deep nasolabial folds and jowling and some of that midface fat that has fallen down. I would perform a smas and skin lift ( muscle/fat and skin), under local anesthesia in the office.

Yes- you are a good candidate and the two procedures are actually part of a lower facelift / mini facelift and are done together. Tour jowls are your main problem and lifting them will also add volume to your face and cheek.

You have a nice result from your breast augmentation and you have relatively small implants so going a bit smaller should not effect your result or make you have a need for a lift, based on your photos. Best to see a board certified plastic surgeon and get measured to be sure.

As long as you know that aging continues and that you will need other procedures in the future you should be able to have the surgery at this age. Be aware though that your result may be less than you anticipate because you are young and despite the deformation you have.

Applying glues to the undersurface of the skin after a facelift is associated with less bleeding but facelifts have been performed for 100 years without the glue, and with no particular increased risk of bleeding. It may be a nice thing to have but I don't believe it is particularly necessary.

Usually most surgeons will perform fat transfer at the same time as a facelift as an ancillary procedure. Remember the fat is a temporary solution at best lasting at most 1 - 2 years. Having said that if you must go to two different surgeons, (which frankly is unusual), do the facelift first and wait at least a year before doing any fact injections as you will be swollen in any case.

From your photos it looks like you have too much skin laxity in your neck and jowls. Age is not important in deciding when to do surgery- what is important is your skin elasticity and amount of fat. You could be a candidate for just a liposuction of the neck or more likely a lower face lift ( neck and jowls ). See a board certified plastic surgeon to get a recommendation after your skin elasticity has been felt.

Beware of anyone telling you a facelift is permanent or lasting longer than 7-10 years. Though sub-periosteal facelifts which are typically performed by endoscopic technique move you facial muscles , they do not address the aging of the skin which will occur in time irrespective of technique used.

Look for a board certified plastic surgeon who performs the facelift and eyelid surgery under local anesthesia like I do. The risks are diminished significantly and recovery is much faster also. I also believe you get a more natural result with facelift surgery under local.
