This patient had two previous breast augmentations and capsulectomy in Columbia. The surgeon used PIP implants. She presented to me with Grade IV Capsular Contracture bilateral with Nipple Areolar deformity. Treatment involved removal implants, total capsulectomy, complete internal pocket repair, mastopexy and reaugmentation with Natrelle silicone implants. Operative time 3.5 hours.
