It really depends upon how much skin needs to be removed. Your scar could be shorter with less skin removal, but would still allow for abdominal wall plication. Another benefit is that you would not have a scar around your belly button.

It is really Dependent upon how much abdominal wall laxity that you have. In general, tightening the abdominal wall muscles will decrease the "abdominal bulge".

The challenge is achieving long term symmetry of your breast. I think correcting the asymmetry in the short term is not an issue, but your breast will change disproportionately overtime. Overall, you can expect a significant improvement.

Thanks for your question.It appears that you have tuberous breasts, and fatty deposits in your abdomen, flanks and hips.I recommend a breast augmentation with implants, and release of your tuberous breasts. This can be combined with a tummy tuck and liposuction. However, I recommend setting a weight loss goal before surgery. This will allow for a better result as well as decreasing your risk of complications after surgery. Good luck, you can do it.

Depending upon the shape of your breast, excess skin, sagging skin, time can help with breast shape. Skin can actually contract giving you an overall better shape. Deflating implants, and allowing the skin to contract can actually allow some patients to avoid a breast lift.
