Dr. Spann, Little Rock, Arkansas (72212) Brazil Lift Secondary To Abdominoplasty Patient

This patient has an abdominoplasty by another surgeon to "improve her waistline." As you can tell, her primary issue is lack of volume in the central gluteal region. I was able to focus on this and improved her projection with fat grafting alone. I would like to see more volume in the lower half but she primarily wanted upper hemisphere fullness. (Sep 5, 2019)
