Thanks for your photos. You have lovely breasts and I think it would be foolish to alter them at all. Implants will pretty much guarantee the need for another implant related surgery in the future and can also damage your native breast tissue if they are too large.

Be satisfied with the wonderful gift Mother Nature has granted you.

If you want a little boost in size and upper pole fullness….that is what a pretty push bra is for.

I would advise you not to go with high profile implants. They will thin out your tissue and likely cause irreparable harm to you breasts. The key word here is irreparable.
My #1 procedure the past few years has been implant removal and I see the damage implants do to the breast (and sometimes pec muscle and rib cage) up close and personal.

Thanks for your photos. I don’t think a periareolar would be wise. Your areolar would likely spread because of the tension on the incision and your shape would not be optimal. I think a modified lift that would removed mostly skin from the upper breast and preserve skin and tissue in the lower breast would give you the best result. You have a nice size for your build so I would not recommend an implant.

Thank you for your photos. Yes, you could “get away” with a periareolar lift and ultra high profile and oversized implants but at a real cost. You will damage your breasts and possibly the pec muscle with those oversized implants and your periareolar scar will likely be wide and unsightly and your shape will be really unnatural and IMHO unattractive. I would encourage you to go with smaller and medium profile implants and a proper lift. Please see my blog about this.

Thanks for the photos. Based on your photos, I think you would be VERY disappointed with your results from just lipo. A tummy tuck is a big commitment as far as $$ and time off work and activities but it is totally a great investment in time and money. The results last a lifetime unless you have a huge weight gain or pregnancy. Take the long view and go with the correct procedure!

It sounds like you likely have old silicone gel implants and given your cc, you may have a leak or rupture. In that case, an en bloc excision is certainly the preferable way to go in that it will allow a clean removal without spillage into the implant pocket. That being said, an en bloc cannot be guaranteed. There are ways to prevent spillage when removing a ruptured implant. Thank you for your photos. You really, really, really need a full tummy tuck. A mini tummy tuck would be inadequate. Mini tummy tuck only works well for a very small minority of tummy tuck patients. It is true that reovery is easier and the scar is shorter but in your case it would leave a very unsatisfactory result.

Thank you for your photos. I don’t know why you are considering implants because you are already in a DD bra cup! You have plenty of your own tissue to work with. If you were my patient, I would recommend a bilateral vertical breast reduction but remove very little tissue from your left side since you like the large breasted look. Thank you for your photo. I would recommend just a lift and pass on the implants. You have plenty of breast volume and a breast lift will actually make your breasts look a little fuller especially if you have reduction in your areolar diameter. Thank you for the photos! Yes, it is possible to do fat transfer at the same time as implant removal but I do not recommend it. There are a couple of reasons why. #1 It is super important for all layers of the breast and chest to be healed down for the best chance of fat survival.
