This is a 50-year-old woman who lost a massive amount of weight following bariatric surgery. She had significant loose and hanging skin in her arms which she wanted to have removed. She had a surgical arm lift (brachioplasty) which lifted her arms and tightened the skin. Her after photos were taken 6 weeks post op.
