Iron deficiency anemia may limit the amount of surgery that can be done in one first stage. Typically there is little blood loss for any one procedure mentioned, but cumulatively it adds up. Patient priorities must be respected. An experience surgeon should be malleable of thought but not compromise the final results. Having said that, in this case, combining lipo and excisional brachyplasty ( arm lift) with breast lift with implants is a combination I do frequently. The second stage I would recommend would include total body lift and back lift. The back lift will join the breast lift scars seamlessly. Back lift is a poorly understood and under appreciated impactful procedure.
