The patient is a 40-year-old woman, who has previously undergone breast augmentation with saline implants. The left-sided implant was ruptured, and she had significant asymmetry in breast size and inframammary fold position. She underwent removal of bilateral intact breast implants and replacement with style 20, 550 cc silicone-filled breast implants. Extensive reshaping of the right breast skin envelope was required. She is seen 3 weeks postoperatively.
