This is a common question and depends on a few factors.   Liposuction alone can work well even with significant upper arm fat If you have good skin elasticity. Hi in the US the largest off the shelf available FDA approved silicone implants are 800cc.  Larger silicone implants can sometimes be custom made as well. Yes!   As long as you excess skin of your circumferential trunk and are healthy you are a candidate. You are slender but did experience weight loss significant enough to cause many of the issues you are unhappy about.  A LBL treats excess skin of the abdomen, hips and buttock and can further lift and contour the lateral thigh as well.  While it will elevate the buttocks,  without volume augmentation (fat or implants) just know it may further flatten your buttock projection.

In order to properly answer this question a lot depends on the time from surgery.  Early on yes a lower pooch may be present and this is largely due to swelling.  Gravity works on all of us and the lowest part of the abdomen tends to accumulate fluid in the tissues post operatively while healing. If liposuction was involved this is even more likely.  If you are more than 6 months from surgery and still have a "pooch" this may be due to remaining fat or diastasis present.
