Well by seen the pictures, I would like to ask you what areas had liposuction. Was it the abdomen only or was any other area done.  When liposuction is performed there is inflammation present on the worked areas. Hardening on the tissues may occur. If you have any questions regarding the access wounds from the procedure, it will be best to ask your surgeon to examine the area. On occasions pictures are not necessarily the best to evaluate the wounds.

By seen your pictures, yes it will be beneficial to do a tummy tuck, this combined with liposuction can help give you a better result. Normally skin that has been stretched may not improve only with physical activity and diet.

After an extensive liposuction and fat transfer patients may swell in different degrees.  It is not uncommon to have inflammation 2 weeks after the procedure. Continue the guidelines given by your surgeon. As time passes inflammation improves, but 2 weeks after patients may still have considerable swelling. Hope this helps

By seen your pictures if you are looking for tighter skin, it is likely you will need either a vertical or Medial Thigh lift.  Liposuction may reduce the fat content on your thighs, but part of results is the skin elasticity.  So by doing lipo by any means can result in some loose skin. Best to be examined to come up with the best solution that meets your goals.

By your description it can be possible.  If you can still contact your surgeon call and ask him.  It is possible to see with an ultrasound if there is fluid around the implant.  On certain cases it can be drained by a Radiologist. Hope this helps

You seem to have gynecomastia ( man boobs) and extra fat in your breast areas. The areolas are very elastic tissue that distends and enlarges if you have too much tissue underneath. We have performed hundreds of gynecomastia surgeries and every time, the areolas get way smaller without having to do anything else.

If done the right way you can get amazing results. What I would advise is a whole torso liposuction with fat transfer to hips and butt but also a tummy tuck to tighten your abdominal muscles and get rid of the excess skin. These two procedures together would give you the best outcome. Of course, making sure your surgeon is experienced performing these two procedures together safely is a must. Good luck.`

A tummy tuck addresses two problems: The loose muscles are treated with a "muscle plication" and if it is done appropriately and there is not excessive visceral fat it should get you a flat stomach. On average the muscle pull after subpectoral breast augmentation takes from 2 to 6 weeks to settle but I have seen patients taking up to 6 months. If the pockets were dissected appropriately and symmetrically they will always go down. If this is not happening there might be a need to modify the pocket on the right.

Massaging the breasts after implant placement can start almost right away. Maybe 2 or 3 days. The final cleavage is the result of how the breast pocket was created and with good surgery the cleavage is always great. The swelling takes a few weeks to go away but the cleavage should be obvious from day one.

From your picture I think that the procedure required much more fat and skin removal to get a good result. I am sorry to say but it will likely require another liposuction/brachioplasty to fix this.

There is no way a simple liposuction, even with laser, could tighten your skin enough to look great. A brachioplasty is the way to go. Simple procedure with scars that usually heal beautifully.
