Tummy Tuck or not?
Mar 3, 2020
From your pictures, it seems as though a tummy tuck would give you the best result.  This will get rid of the excess skin as well as the fat.  You would definitely want some liposuction at the time to give the best contour all around.  Choose a board-certified plastic surgeon with a lot of experience with body contouring, and you will do great.  Good luck.
My sagging skin is above my belly button after losing 60 lbs. Will a tummy tuck still work?
Tummy Tuck or not?
Mar 3, 2020
From the pictures that you've shown, you would benefit from a tummy tuck, because it would pull down and tighten the excess skin show.  You would probably benefit form circumferential liposuction, as well.  Just choose a board-certified plastic surgeon with a lot of experience in this type of surgery, and you will do great.  Good luck.
Does a substantial diastasis recti and an umbilical hernia make it more difficult to repair my belly
Diastasis Recti and Umbilical Hernia with Abdmominoplasty
Mar 3, 2020
Technically speaking, treatment of these conditions does add complexity to abdominoplasty.  That being said, treatment of rectus diastasis occurs with almost all abdominoplasties, and repair of umbilical hernia is very common, as well.  So, if you choose a board-certified plastic surgeon with a lot of experience in this surgery, it should be no problem.  Good luck to you.

Breast Implants with Upper Body Strength
Feb 14, 2020
It's a great question, but I still feel like the advantages of placing the implant in the submuscular position out weight any disadvantages, even in your situation.  Ultimately, putting the implant under the muscle gives the best long-term result and lowest amount of complications, even in patients with a lot of upper body (pec muscle) strength.  Just choose a board-certified plastic surgeon with a lot of experience in this surgery, and you'll do great.  Good luck!

Tummy Tuck
Feb 14, 2020
The good news is that there is a great treatment for your problem...it's a tummy tuck.  It will get rid of exactly what you don't like and leave you with a flat, tight abdomen.  You could even add some liposuction to give you the best result.  Look for a plastic surgeon with lots of experience in this type of surgery, and you'll do great!  Good luck.
What type if procedure/s would I need to get rid of extra skin?
Will Tummy Tuck Help?
Feb 14, 2020
You are an excellent candidate for tummy tuck.  It will do exactly what you want and get rid of the extra skin and tighten the abdomen.  If you really want to look great from every direction (front and back), you would do best with Tummy Tuck 360 (tummy tuck with circumferential trunk liposuction)...this would give you the very best result and "shrink wrap" the whole area.  Seek out a board-certified plastic surgeon with a lot of experience in this type of surgery, and you'll do great!  Goo...
Do I qualify for mommy makeover?
Mommy Makeover or Not?
Feb 14, 2020
From your picture, you seem to be a great candidate for mommy makeover.  Specifically, you would do great with Tummy Tuck 360 (tummy tuck with circumferential trunk liposuction).  Concerning your breasts, you will probably need a breast lift and augmentation.  Also, due to your weight loss, you may need some tissue support with something like Galaflex.  Either way, choose a board-certified plastic surgeon with lots of experience in this type of surgery.  You're going to look great!
What do you all recommend for me at 5'11 and 205 with more weight loss planned?
Mommy Makeover After Weight Loss
Feb 14, 2020
First, congrats on the weight loss.  That is awesome!  I agree that you should get down to your ideal weight, and then you will be a great candidate from breast augmentation and Tummy Tuck 360 (tummy tuck with circumferential liposuction of the trunk).  This will make you look incredible all the way around (from the front and back).  Be sure to seek out a board-certified plastic surgeon with lots of experience in this technique.  Good luck!

What is going on with breasts?
Feb 14, 2020
Your breasts are slightly widely situated on your chest wall, but well within normal limits.  You also have droopiness of the breast tissue with the nipple and areola below the fold under the breast.  You would be an excellent candidate from breast lift with augmentation.  If you seek out a board-certified plastic surgeon with a lot of experience in this surgery, you should have an excellent result.  Good luck.
Can I get a breast augmentation without a lift?
Breast Lift or Breast Augmentation
Feb 14, 2020
When considering the picture that you attached, you will definitely need a breast lift with augmentation.  If you had an augmentation without a lift, you would be left with larger, but sagging breasts.  Or worse, you could end up with implants that are high, and breast tissue that is "waterfalling" off of the implant.  Seek out a plastic surgeon with lots of experience with this type of surgery, and you should get a BEAUTIFUL result.  Good luck.
How long after having a baby should I wait to have a tummy tuck?
Tummy Tuck after pregancy
Feb 14, 2020
It's a great question that comes up frequently.  The answer is that by 6 months post-pregancy, you abdominal wall and skin should be stable.  At this point, the need for tummy tuck, and a definitive plan can be assessed.  Be sure to choose a board-certified plastic surgeon with lots of experience in the procedure.  Good Luck!
Can I get 565cc implants?
Is 565cc too big?
Feb 14, 2020
Hi Sincere.  As is always the case, it's hard to give great input without seeing you in person.  But based on your measurements, that width seems a little high.  Perhaps you would be better served to visit with someone open to using other brands of implants.  Sientra implants are great implants, but so are the Natrelle Soft-touch implants, and these offer some higher projections.  It wouldn't be bad, to at least know your options.  Best of luck.
I am wondering about the tummy tuck procedure and the use of drains, how are they removed?
Mommy Makeover Drains
Feb 14, 2020
Good morning.  A picture is worth 1000 words, and you're going to do great with a Mommy Makeover.  Specifically, you are a great candidate for Tummy Tuck 360!  Drains are placed to make sure that you don't get fluid collections after surgery.  They are usually not painful at all and fall under the category of "nuisance".  Taking them out is a piece of cake and is not painful and usually a mental relief for the patient.  Do not let this hold you back!  Good luck...you're gonna love it!

Fantastic!
Dec 27, 2019
Congrats on your weight loss.  That is so impressive.  You are a fantastic candidate for mommy makeover, because it's going to do for you exactly what you want it to.  From your pictures, it doesn't look like you need a breast lift...and augmentation will fill everything out nicely.  I agree that medical tourism for these procedures is not advised.  There are plenty of board-certified plastic surgeons here in Austin.  Take care to choose one that has a lot of experience in this type of surge...

Smaller, Perkier Breasts
Nov 12, 2019
From your pictures, it appears that you need to have a breast lift revision.  Because of the size that you desire, it might be best to take the implants out and just support your tissues with a tissue matrix.  You skin appears to stretch, and so you will need the extra support.  It is crucial that you find a surgeon with experience in this type of surgery, because despite what you hear on this forum, this is challenging surgery.
