The anatomy of your breast have beeen changed with surgery. A review of all your photos (before and after) and an examination is necessary to determine the cause and possible solution to your concerns.
Sometimes the best courseof action is to remove the implants and capsule and let the breast heal. Then a new plan can be formulated to augment your size.

You do not have festoons. AN examination is required to diagnose your condition however from the single photo it appears that you have aging in the mid face. This is a combination of laxity of the structures and loss of volume. Treatments consist of fillers, fat graftng or surgery.

Some type of skin removal from the back is usually required to redue the excess skin after weight loss. Your surgeon will determine the location of the scar. Sometimes the location is in the flank. As in most weight loss plastic surgery there is a trade off between a scar and loose skin.

It take time to heal after surgery especially with a prolonged seroma. The firmness will soften and some of the irregulates will resolve as you heal. The final result will not be apparent for 12 months. After that time very little improvement will happen. Some of your changes may be due to loose skin. Your abdominal skin lacks support and is loose. An examination if required to be sure, but from your description of the bumps going away with pulling on your skin I think the only way to remove them is to remove the excess skin. That would mean an abdominoplasty, Good luck.

You have natural breasts. Most if not all women have a difference between the two breast is shape and size. A lift can restore better symmetry, but there will be scarring that is the trade off. If you add an implant the left breast will always be slightly more saggy versus the right, this is because the left breast has looser tissue.

It appears that you have a mismatch between the breast skin and the breast volume. A lift alone will position the nipple areola in a lifted position however the breast will still look empty. You also need volume wither a fat transfer or an implant. I recommend an additional opinion if these options were not discussed with you.

I cannot tell how tight the skin is in your lower abdomen from a photo. Liposuction will help however a small amount of skin may also need to be removed to tighten the skin.

As patients gain weight the breast becomes larger and falls. The best surgical candidate is someone with weight close to the ideal. I would recommend weight loss before surgery. Significant weight loss after surgery may result in further volume loss and possible need for corrective surgery.
