I would recommend microneedling with exosomes. Another option would be Sciton BBL Forever Clear Laser treatments. One microneedling with exosomes is about the equivalent of 3 microneedlings with PRP with far less recovery time. There is little downtime with the laser treatments, but you would need to be out of the sun 2 weeks before and two weeks after.
Dissolved under eye filler but now left with chicken skin – what can I do to fix this?

We have had several new patients come to our practice with this problem. At Virginia Regenerative Medicine & Spa, we have excellent results with one microneedling using exosomes, then follow with one Ultherapy treatment two weeks later. To maintain the results, we recommend regular BBL treatments with a Sciton laser, and also use Neocutis Lumieré Firm for under eyes.
