Since you did not post a picture of your lips before, it is hard to estimate. However, the lip enhancement you posted was likely 2-3 syringes of filler because there is quite a bit of volume there. There is some variability in filler price, but expect to spend $500-650/syringe for lip filler and it will last 6-12 months. Some places give a discount on multiple syringes and some places charge a flat rate like Lips: $850. Hope that helps.

You are a great candidate for fillers injected directly into the lines. Belotero, Juvéderm and Restylane are all good options. Expect to pay $550-650 per syringe (you would likely need 1-2) for 6-12 months results before needing to repeat.

Kybella is injected after careful marking of your neck anatomy. First, we mark the crucial structures to avoid, then we use a temporary tattoo grid to show where the injections would go and how many you would need. It is prived accordingly. If you have a large amount of submental fat and want a nonsurgical option, you could consider a treatment or two of Coolsculpting to debulk the area, then use Kybella to fine tune the last remaining bits. DevinGirl, you look like you could be a great candidate for either Kybella or Coolsculpting of the submental area. Both are nonsurgical options that destroy fat cells with very little discomfort and produce results in about 1-2 months. Kybella is an acid that destroys fat and is injected while Coolsculpting kills fat cells by getting them extremely cold, yet leaving the overlying skin unharmed. As for which to choose, I'd get a consultation somewhere that offers both and go with whichever is...

By law, these products can only be sold to a physician and delivered to a medical address. I cannot even have them delivered to my home. Any products coming in from overseas have a high likelihood of being counterfeit and not tested for safety. While it is tempting to want to inject yourself, it is definitely not as easy as it looks and really should be done by a well-trained physician or nurse injector. Be safe!

In our office, while in the corrective phase, we like to have people come every 4 weeks for treatment of browns and red. After correction is complete, we recommend maintenance treatments with Sciton's Forever Young BBL protocol every 3-4 months. Can Kybella be used to treat a lipoma or lipedema fat?

Kybella is only FDA approved for the submental (double chin) area. However, just like many physicians inject Botox into many areas other than the 2 FDA approved cosmetic areas (glabella or "11s" and crow's feet), there are physicians who will use Kybella off-label for other areas such as lipomas. Depending on the size, it can be cost prohibitive to do much of that, but Kybella should destroy any fat cells in it as path and has about a 1 cm spread.
