A medical correction of bladder prolapse (cystocele) should be addressed prior to having  an elective abdominoplasty procedure.  An abdominoplasty will not resolve this issue.   I would recommend you see your OB/GYN first and after the cystocele is repaired.  Once you are cleared by your OB/GYN, schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options for an abdominoplasty.  Best of luck!

It is very common to have a tummy tuck after multiple c-sections.   During the tummy tuck procedure the prior c-section scars are removed as well as excess skin and fat.  You should make sure you are done having kids before pursing this procedure.  An in person consultation is always best to evaluate your options.  I would suggest to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in this procedure to evaluate your options.

Based on your pictures it appears that you would most benefit from a breast lift and not just fat transfer alone.   Adding more volume to the breast without a lift will only increase the sag due to the extra weight.   A lift will allow for resizing of your nipple and areola, elevate your breast tissue, and improve shape.  Seek a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and schedule a consultation to discuss your options.

The typical "mommy makeover" procedures are tummy tuck and breast augmentation/lift at the same time. However, there can be multiple different combinations.  The answer really depends on you, the exact procedures you had, the type of work you perform and how you heal.  In general, most people can be back at a desk job within 10 days, most gym activities can be restarted within 6 weeks. I do ask that for yoga, no abdominal stretching be done for 8 weeks from the time of surgery.

Assuming you are referring to an abdominal tattoo, it is very common for abdominal tattoos to appear distorted or stretched after a tummy tuck. It would probably be a better idea to wait until after you’ve healed completely and have been cleared from your surgeon before getting a tattoo.  A tattoo on other parts of the body should be okay to have at this time.  Discuss the situation with your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon just to be sure.

It would be very reasonable to say you could resuming online classes if you give yourself 5-7 days off immediately following surgery.  As long as you’re not taking any narcotics, so that you’re mentally sharp to do your schoolwork.  It is important to mobilize and walk around the house while you are recovering in order to avoid the complication of blood clots forming in your legs or pelvis.   Best of Luck!

Having had previous surgery should not prevent a patient from undergoing a tummy tuck procedure. A decision like this has to be made on an individual basis. If you are in good health otherwise,  a tummy tuck probably will be possible. I suggest having an in person consultation with local board-certified plastic surgeons in your area.

You appear to have a significant amount of ptosis and therefore you would not be considered a good candidate for peri-areolar lift.  You may benefit dramatically from a full lollipop mastopexy.  Seek a consultation in your area with a board certified plastic surgeon for in-person consultation and discuss your options.

Exercise and weight loss is definitely encouraged to help assist in maintaining good health.  Unfortunately, ptosis cannot be fixed without surgery.  A Mastopexy (breast lift), with or without implants, will correct the ptosis or sagging.  Consider scheduling a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon and discuss your options.
