Definitely u will get a different result with each technique and with each surgeon. The technique of choice will depend on the breast ptôsis , but ur surgeon must be trained to be comfortable doing all kinds of lifts.

Usually if too much skin is removed medially and if the incision is extended too far then webbing may occur. They usually get better with time. So after 3 months from surgery date, if still preset then I’d recommend a minor revision such as a z-plasty

If ur surgeon removed the excess fat in the medial innermost fat compartment then you must be fine after the swelling subsided. So give it some time and check again with ur surgeon.

The usual postop regimen after an upper blepharoplasty is a topical antibiotic ointment such as Fucithalmic for about 10 days followed by a silicon gel for about 3-4 months. But make sure to always discuss it with your surgeon
