48 y/o female with breast augmentation 13 year prior and left breast capsular contracture with bilateral sagging breasts. Treated with left breast capsulectomy, implant removal, rebuilding of implant pocket with mesh and bilateral breast lift (mastopexy) with augmentation using 400 cc smooth, round silicone gel implants. Very difficult case with beautiful result.
