Thanks for posting.Although its never possible to look exactly like the picture you sent, rhinoplasty surgery can get you closer.  I prefer using your own cartilage over an implant as this provides the most natural and longest lasting results. There are many techniques to ‘elongate’ and reshape your nose.  Best to speak to a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.

Congrats on such a momentous achievement!  
After such a great amount of weight loss, skin resection in the form of a tummy tuck or body lift would be more appropriate.  Liposuction can still be used to touch up areas but the former two procedures would likely be more appropriate.

How much can I expect my swelling to go down after labiaplasty?

It  is completely normal to be very swollen after labiaplasty surgery as this area is highly vascular (ie. has a robust blood supply).  Usually 4-6 weeks will bring down the majority of the swelling but it will continue to subside each month up to a year.

Unless there were rigid grafts that were placed like a rib graft, i think at 40 days postop its unlikely that any permanent damage was caused by this.  If rigid structural grafts were placed – ie columellar strut or extension graft, this can become dislocated.  Best to speak to your plastic surgeon.Best wishes

This is a very rare complication of facelift surgery.   Be sure to choose a surgeon who is very comfortable with the surgical anatomy involved in facelift surgery. Most ‘nerve injuries’ that become manifest after facelifts are also temporary.

Thanks for the question.  You should wait at least 1 year from your prior rhinoplasty to get a revision.  This ensures that the swelling is largely gone and enough healing has taken place to allow for a safer surgery.  With regards to doing them simultaneously – yes it can be done.  But for me personally I would like to stage them as revision rhinoplasty is a very intensive and detailed surgery.  Of course a smaller revision may not take as long and doing them both at the same time isnt a pr…

Thanks for the question.  Areola reduction typically is performed concomittantly with a breast lift or reduction.  If you are a candidate for either, you would get a smaller areola and a better breast shape.  Areola reduction can be done alone.  I use a gortex interlocking technique as this prevents postoperative spread.

Yes, to some degree that is true.  The more fat that was taken, the more swollen you will become.  The swelling has to do with fluid that your body will ‘swell’ the surgical sites with to fill the ‘void’ that was left by removing your fat.   It generally takes 9-12 mos to see final results, although you should be seeing an improvement from your preop self much earlier than this (as long as youve kept a good diet etc.)hope this makes sense.

Based on your photos a tipplasty is likely not enough, although an in person consultation is really needed for a complete external and internal physical exam.  It appears you have a low radix and might need small graft in that area to bring your profile into alignment.

Thanks for sharing your photos and question.   It would be great to have some before photos to compare.   Were your implants placed under the muscle?  The dents could be due to inadequate release of the pec muscle medially.  There are slips of muscle that originate from the rib in this location and can be the causing these dents.Best wishes.

Great question!  BBL is a body contouring procedure in which the buttocks is sculpted with liposuction and augmented with fat grafting.  In my opinion, the most important factor in creating a shapely and augmented buttocks is the underlying anatomy rather than the actual amount of fat that is present.  Oftentimes, you can create an aesthetically pleasing buttock and give the illusion of significant augmentation just with the liposuction.  With that said, I want to have at least 400cc of fat …

Thanks for the question.  It does appear that the right breast implant is below the IMF scar created to access the pocket whereas the left side scar is within the fold.  This tends to create more a perception that there is asymmetry/bottoming out.  It is still too early however.  If you’re concerned, discuss with your PS.Best wishes!
