You are still in the early post operative period. The shape of the areola will continue to change with time as you continue your healing process. If your areolas need a small revision it is usually done about a year after the initial procedure and is easy to perform in the office. Speak with your plastic surgeon about your concerns and they can assist you with the recovery process.

The inverted nipples can be treated with an easy in office procedure under local anesthesia. Many of the milk ducts can be preserved, in case you should change your mind on child bearing in the future. The puffiness to the areolas is quite normal. In order to flatten the areolas out, a scar around the areola would be needed and I do not believe that it would improve the appearance of your breasts.

This is a great question! This is the reason I prefer to perform the procedure on both sides as the repaired side will look like it is always erect and the other side will flatten when not stimulated. It does not appear that you have inverted nipples based on the photos that you posted. Your nipples protrude normally. One of them may have a small depression in the center which is quite normal. It can be addressed with a minor procedure in the office under local if it really bothers you. Best wishes.

Your labia minora look normal. That being said, they can be reduced so that they do not protrude as much is you would like them to be less redundant and protrude less. You do not want to completely remove the labia minora, rather minimize them. A removal of them will lead to dryness and other issues and will then require reconstruction. Best,
