You have ptosis of the breasts and lack upper pole fullness. Implants alone will give you that upper pole fullness but you will still have drooping. Implants combined with a lift will help with both issues. Make sure to evaluate your board certified plastic surgeon carefully. Check out lots of before and after photos and read their reviews.

Thanks for the question. You appear to be a great candidate for a breast lift. If you are happy with your current breast volume then a lift alone will be great. If you want to be a bit larger and to have a little more upper pole fullness then you might consider an implant and a lift.

Thanks for the question. Judging by the pictures you look like a great candidate for a tummy tuck. Liposuction under stretch marks often leaves a less than desirable result. You should be evaluated by a board certified plastic surgeon who will help you make that decision.

So annoying to continue to have a bump like that! The fact that it is still firm says a lot. It is still in the healing process. I recommend you massage that area multiple times a day. It “may” still smooth out. However, after 5 months you are looking at a result that will be close to the final result. Perhaps it is time to contact a board certified plastic surgeon close to where you live.

This is one for an examination. It is possible that small absorbable sutures that were used are causing little suture abscesses (little pimples). It is also possible that the sutures used were the type that may take many months to dissolve - and perhaps they are protruding through the skin. You need to be in close contact with your board certified plastic surgeon for this one. Good luck.

Great question! As long as you are taking thyroid replacement you should be fine. Most Plastic surgeons will want medical clearance from your primary care doctor to make sure you are in tip top shape to proceed with surgery.

The term “Mommy Makeover” implies some sort of revuvenation for both the breasts and the tummy. I think you are a great candidate for this. A breast reduction or a breast lift would look fanstastic, and tummy tuck would give you a nice flat tummy.
