I’m sorry to hear that u are not happy with your results. Sometimes, due to lack of communication, the right size implant is not chosen by the patient and surgeon. I generally recommend at least three months before any additional surgery. The implants can be removed with local anesthesia through the same incisions. The hardest question you have to ask yourself, is do you really want smaller implants or no implants at all?
