A revision surgery for you may or may not include a breast lift. You have grade 3 skin laxity that is appropriately has a breast lift component. This would require a full anchor scar. However, replacing with fuller high profile implants would be a reasonable choice without a lift at this time if you expect to have another pregnancy soon.
