Thanks for your photos. You have a common situation at 11 years postop augmentation/lift. Your implants have remained somewhat high under the pectoralis muscle and your breasts have descended creating a "waterfall descent" appearance. Thanks for the photos. At 6 months postop your implants should have already "dropped" into the proper position yet it does appear that they are remaining a bit high under the muscle with your breast below in a "waterfall" appearance. You should consult with your plastic surgeon and may opt for a revision surgery which may require a more effective lift/mastopexy as with a vertical or lollipop scar approach to position your nipple/areolar higher to better match your implant position. It is not unusual to have some minor asymmetries in your ears both before and after otoplasty. If it bothers you enough you should consult with your plastic surgeon and decide together if a minor revision surgery is makes sense and is desirable.

Not uncommon to have slight "bumps" after hyaluronic lip fillers. You can try massage, or squeezing out the excess with a needle or the hylauronidase enzyme. This is ideally done within the first few days/weeks although it still can be performed later. If the result is unsatisfactory (creates a low spot and undesirable contour) you can always have more injected.

En bloc capsulectomy means complete removal of the "capsule" aka scar tissue surrounding your implants along with the implant inside as one unit and preferably all intact. When placed under the muscle, the upper part of the implant is covered by muscle but the lower part is covered by the breast gland. A complete submuscular approach is not used as is not conducive to a full/natural lower breast shape. While you can consider implants only which will give you added fullness, you do have a minor degree of droopiness (ptosis) and your areolae are a bit large. Therefore you could achieve slight lifting and areolar reduction with only a circumareolar lift scar (mastopexy) probably without the need for a vertical (lolipop) scar.

Your photos suggest that a lift may not be necessary as your degree of droopiness is not severe. This is determined by the relative position of your nipple and/or lower breast tissue to the fold beneath your breast (imframammary fold or IMF). Implants alone may be sufficient for you. It can take up to 2 years for sensation to return completely so there still is hope. Burning and tingling actually can be positive signs for nerve activity/regeneration. At 19 you are probably close to fully grown. Don't feel bad, uneven (asymmetric) breasts are very common, in fact complete symmetry is very rare! A circumareolar mastopexy (a circular lift scar around the areola to reduce its size) is the best approach. If combined wth breast implant (augmentation mastopexy) this would be the optimal choice for you. It would accomplish 3 things: reducing your areolar size, lifting your breasts slightly and adding more volume to help with shape (create a more rounded appearance).

Thanks for sharing your photos and good luck with your upcoming procedure, you will do great. Your BWD (base width diameter) is measured from the medial to lateral edge of your breast and is a very helpful measurement for dimensional planning of the most appropriate implant for your body.
