This patient underwent breast implant exchange (saline to silicone Allergan Natrelle Inspira Smooth Round Responsive Moderate Profile 405 cc) with a breast lift. Capsule work (lowering capsulotomy on the left, partial capsulectomy on the right) was also performed to improve the implant positioning in the pockets.
