The middle protruding part of the forehead can be reshaped by bone contouring (frontoplasty) to flatten out the projected part.

In my opinion, you do not require a V-line reduction as your jawline has a gentle tapering contour already. You would, however, benefit from a buccal fat removal procedure. This would give you that coveted contoured and “chiseled” appearance.

Hi Lily.
There is definite contouring required in the forehead region to give it a rounded appearance.
I would like to examine the face further before commenting conclusively about the nose but it definitely needs hump reduction. Some fat grafting in the cheek area would give you a feminine high cheekbone look.
The chin and jawline overall requires contouring and tapering for sure. The cleft in the chin can be corrected in the same operation. That is a very simple procedure.
