You definitely have a significant contour problem. Causes could include a thread lift ( did they do that?), an unrecognized collection of blood ( a hematoma) or tacking sutures. Although this is likely to have some improvement with time and massage, I believe correction will best be obtained operatively. PRP is unlikely to be helpful and would be a waste of money.

You do have a contour abnormality. This may improve, but that depends on several factors. 1. How long after surgery you are now - some improvement should be seen over time. 2 Is there residual fat around the umbilicus that can be removed? 3. What was the technique of removal - Vaser, laser or traditional?You should bring your concerns up to the treating surgeon. Good Luck!

When a patient is not happy with the outcome, I believe you should have an honest conversation with the operating surgeon, and give them an opportunity to resolve the problem. If that does not fix the issue, then a second (or third) opinion by another board certified plastic surgeon is appropriate. Good luck.

This is a common issue. My initial plan would be to use an IM fold incisions, tighten the lower pockets, change to moderate profile plus implants and possibly remove skin at the folds. I would use ADM secondarily if the original tightening fails. Good Luck!

This is a pretty typical dilemma - contour versus scar and recovery. It looks as though a mini is a possibility, but the best way to determine that is with a hands on exam by a plastic surgeon. I would also say that you should always address what bothers YOU. There are many board certified plastic surgeons in our area who can discuss each procedure in detail with you with the risks and limitations of each. Good Luck!

The answer is that the Vectra is an excellent tool for augmentation alone. The computer does have a lift function, but I have not found it as useful or realistic. I assume that it will get better with time. Good luck!

You certainly have post-op asymmetry. When a capsulectomy is performed, the surgeon removes the dense scar around the implant. This will often lead to a pocket that is much larger than before surgery. The pocket will then need to be tightened after the capsule is removed both at the lower and and outside areas. It looks like you have lower pole and perhaps lateral stretch. The distance from the lower border of the areola to the fold looks long. This is a fairly common problem, especially with saline implants (you don't specify what type you have). This can be corrected by skin excision and/or a tightening of the internal pocket. I have used all three implant manufacturers (and still do). In my opinion Mentor and Natrelle give a softer, more natural look and Sientra implants tend to stay higher and fuller and give a more rounded look. Obviously a great deal of the outcome depends on the size of the implant in relation to the chest wall width and shape, how the pocket is made, and how the soft tissue relaxes. All things being equal, if you want a more natural look, I would recommend either Natrelle or Mentor.

Three months is plenty of time to heal and return to normal activities with an uncomplicated procedure. However, at least in the USAF, one needs commander approval prior to an elective procedure. This will cover you in case of a complication and will keep you out of trouble. I would personally advise you to wait until you return.
