The choice of a lift is up to you and your expectations. Certainly an implant can help improve shape and size by re-inflating the deflated skin envelope. A lift will give you extra enhancement in shape and reduce the areola size. The issue of scarring is something to consider. You can also delay the lift if you really aren’t sure. Doing a labiaplasty at the same time should be possible.

A lift alone will improve the shape of your breasts especially if you want to maintain approximately the same size. There are ways to do an “auto-augmentation” that can also give you a little more projection and improved shape. A small implant can also help enhance shape without dramatically impacting volume. Generally the contour of the abdomen can be improved with a rectus plication. Even if you cannot detect a major gap, some tightening of the rectus can help. I would definitely wait 3-4 months before making a definitive judgment on your breasts. 5 weeks is too early to determine the final shape and position and size. Asymmetry of size is more concerning than asymmetry of position. A two-D picture makes it hard to tell. I would see your PS to see if there is a seroma or less likely a hematoma. Any asymmetry of position or shape can be remedied reasonably with revision.

Generally I would wait 4-6 weeks before strenuous exercise. You don’t want to displace your implant or create periprosthetic fluid to form. Check with your plastic surgeon of course first because he or she can assess you after surgery and determine if you have excess bruising and swelling, etc.

I’m not sure how long you’ve had your implants in but I would give it some time to let swelling settle. Secondly 100 cc is not very significant so be mindful of the impact this can have–it may be less than you think. Third I would consider downsizing with both volume and projection so your base width is increased as an option to decrease the apparent projection volume. Discuss all of these options with your plastic surgeon carefully before immediately jumping to revision

To get that ideal shape you need to consider a reshaping or lift of the breast. Simply changing the implant will not give you the optimal shape.
