Your right breast definitely appears to be lower than the inframammary crease causing a double bubble appearance.  Based on your preoperative photos you needed a mastopexy in addition to augmentation.  Maybe this as planned as a secondary procedure. Either way, this problem will not correct itself and you need to follow up with your surgeon.  Best of luck.Dr. Smart

I would not describe your left breast as bottomed-out.  Your breasts are asymmetrical which is very normal.  It would be nice to see your preoperative photos to evaluate what, if any, asymmetries existed before surgery.  Your breasts can continue to change for up to a year so the best treatment now is to wait it out.  Continue to see your surgeon, also, and let them know your concerns.  Good luck.Dr. Smart

It sounds like you have developed at least a Grade III capsular contracture of your submuscular saline implants. The treatment for this is capsulectomy and replacement with new implants or capsulectomy with removal of the implants. You may need a mastopexy, as well, but that is a separate issue. From the picture it appears the inframammary incision is healing normally. I do not see any signs of infection or healing problems. It does appear the lines on the breast are secondary to your post-op bra and these will go away. I hope this helps. Good luck in the healing process!
