In my experience, loss of feeling in one or both breasts is fairly common after augmentaion, usually in the area of the nipple and extending laterally. The nerves may require 3-6 months to grow back and usually do. Examine your breasts occasionally to ascertain if the sensation is returning. Some improvement usually leads to more improvement.. From the photos, it appears if anything that your implants are still a little high, which is not a bad thing. Massaging the breast implants in a downward fashion may help them settle into the pocket if too much time has not passed since surgery. No, you do not have synmastia, but your cleavage line is narrow, and the implants may be positioned a little too close together. Wearing a push-up bra this soon after surgery could result in malposition of the implants. I close all my inframammary incisions with buried stitches. That means leaving a small knot at each end of the incision line beneath the skin.
